牛油曲奇 Butter Cookies
材料:
牛油 200g
糖霜 50g
麵粉 180g
粟粉 30g
做法:
1. 糖霜和牛油打至輕身。
2. 篩入粉類,輕輕拌勻。
3. 唧花,以180度焗15分鐘。
