心太軟 Melty Heart
材料:
黑朱古力 80克
無鹽牛油
雞蛋 2隻
砂糖
麵粉 50克
做法:
1. 以熱水座溶黑朱古力及牛油。
2. 雞蛋加入砂糖打至奶白色。
3. 將牛油溶液加入朱古力溶液後, 再倒入蛋漿中拌勻。
4. 篩入麵粉後拌勻, 置雪櫃1個小時後入己預熱240度的焗爐焗10-12分鐘即可。
